45 MINUTES LATER…

 

 

RECIPE:

3 lemons
1  and 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 tablesppons pastry or all-purpose flour, or corn starch
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 discs pastry dough

*unlike most shaker lemon tart recipes, i omitted the rinds of the lemons by cutting the rind off before added it to the sugar overnight. plus i tediously picked out the tough parts after mixing in the eggs, butter and flour the next morning.
